Pets Corner, 227-233 Preston Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 6SA

Pay: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour

Employment: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week (5 days a week)

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a hands on approach to training to Dogwood’s high standards.
  • Support the stylist in preparing dogs for grooming.
  • Take responsibility for the sales performance of the salon.
  • Book and manage appointments.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Go the extra mile for every customer.
  • Ensure first class spa presentation through housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete a grooming portfolio to track training and progress.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in Dogwood, its vision, products, and values.
  • A confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Willingness to build strong relationships with customers and their pets.
  • A thirst for continued training and team development.
  • The drive and determination to work well as part of a busy team and independently.
