Responsibilities
- Procuring, leading, coordinating and supervising Development, Planned, Cyclical, Compliance and Major Repairs programmes.
- Providing the CEO and the Board of Management with advice and guidance in respect of Development, Asset Management and Compliance services.
- Ensuring the association’s investment in new and existing property assets are maintained, enhanced and protected.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding of housing development programmes, strong people skills, ability to provide strategic advice, and commitment to sustainable communities.
