Nationwide’s Agricultural Sector team is seeking a proactive Agriculture Director to drive growth in the Landed Estates market across the UK. You will work with regional directors to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships with farming and landowners, while contributing to risk-aware growth and sustainability goals.

The role is national with travel across regions, with hybrid working arrangements and collaboration across Nationwide’s UK estate.
