Digital Product Owner – Hybrid, Shape Customer Journeys

Job Description

M&G, a leading British savings and investments business, is seeking a Digital Product Owner to shape and deliver digital servicing journeys. You will ensure changes meet customer needs, regulatory expectations such as Consumer Duty, and collaborate with diverse teams across discovery, definition and delivery.

Based in Edinburgh or Stirling with a hybrid 2-3 days in the office, you will tackle complex challenges and drive continuous improvement in agile ways of working, influencing outcomes
