Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Glasgow
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000

I am currently partnered with a an established organisation in Glasgow who are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join the team.
Joining a collaborative and enthusiastic business, you will strategize, organize, and execute brand awareness campaigns aimed at driving traffic and boosting engagement across online platforms. Leveraging your creative prowess and industry experience, you’ll be instrumental in fuelling growth and aiding the Group in achieving its commercial goals.
Working closely with the MD, the ideal candidate will embody a strong work ethic, capable of effectively managing their workload while fostering collaboration within the compact marketing team and across the Group.
Key responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interaction.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content.
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.
Website Management:
- Oversee the website’s day-to-day operations, including content updates and site maintenance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site ranking and visibility.
- Monitor website performance, track analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
What are we looking for:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
