Dietitian – Hospital-at-Home Care (12-Month Secondment)

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is offering a fixed-term secondment post to improve service delivery within the Dietetic Team. This 12-month role will provide maternity leave cover and manage a multidisciplinary integrated team providing care for frail older individuals within their homes.

The successful candidate will deliver clinical dietetic input, plan training for the care team, and manage services within the Hospital at Home setting. Candidates must be HCPC registered dietitians with broad clinical experience, particularly in care of older adults.
