Job Description

NHS Grampian is looking for a dynamic Health Care Support Worker to assist community dietitians in delivering care to adults in their homes, care settings, and outpatient or virtual clinics across Aberdeenshire. The role may be hybrid, with time split between an office base and home working.

You will have strong IT skills and be comfortable with systems like TrakCare, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and NearMe, essential for documenting records, data tasks and coordinating care.
