 About the Role:
As a Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project goals.
This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has experience in a design or technical role within construction or engineering.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the design process across multiple projects.
  • Liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of design information.
  • Support value engineering and buildability reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and company standards.
  • Attend design meetings and contribute to design risk assessments.

  • Degree-qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a design or technical role within the built environment.
