Deputy Store Manager (Designate) – Lead & Drive Sales

Job Description

Deputy Store Manager at B&M Retail Limited in Dundee area is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll support the Store Manager, own the shop floor and step in during their absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll lead by example to drive sales, coach your team and maintain high standards of customer service. You may cover multiple stores across the area as needed, with travel essential to success in this role.
