Deputy Home Manager: Lead Care & Mentoring

Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to help deliver compassionate, person-centred care across our Falkirk home. You’ll provide specialist nursing support, step in when the Home Manager is absent, and coach colleagues to uphold high standards and meaningful resident records.

You’ll hold a valid NMC PIN, be familiar with National Standards and the NMC code of practice, and bring positive energy, mentoring ability and strong time-management to lead a skilled team with empathy.
