A brilliant opportunity has arisen to shape how large-scale change is delivered within a complex regulatory organisation. Our client is seeking a senior professional to drive digital transformation, change management, and project delivery at an organisational level-combining strategic oversight with hands on leadership of technology enabled change programmes!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive and embed change management initiatives across the Risk and Operations division.
  • Oversee delivery of change and project portfolios aligned to strategic and business plan objectives.
  • Champion digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
  • Support the Director with operational leadership, governance, and resource allocation.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure buy in and effective delivery of IT and data focused initiatives.
  • Manage and develop staff, including performance management, training, and succession planning.
  • Formulate and execute medium and long term change strategies, anticipating risks and challenges.
  • Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, executive committees, and boards.
  • Represent the organisation externally on matters relating to change, innovation, and technology.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced change and project management leader with strong exposure to technology, digital transformation, and complex stakeholder environments. You will be comfortable operating at senior level, making pragmatic decisions, and leading teams through change. This role suits someone with strategic vision, strong delivery discipline, and the confidence to influence across an organisation.
