About the role
As Depute Principal and COO, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a crucial dual role in helping to shape the College’s future strategic direction whilst primarily overseeing its daily operations. Your leadership will ensure that our purpose and way are embedded in everything we do, driving transformative results for students, staff, and stakeholders alike. By working collaboratively with a talented team, you will help ensure the continued success of the College and its commitment to delivering world-class education.
About you
The successful candidate will have a relevant Professional Qualification and significant relevant experience of strategic management at executive level. You will also have knowledge of the Further Education (FE) sector with the ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets. As a strategic confidante to the Principal you will be influential with the ability to develop positive working relationships, be a skilled writer of reports as well as an executive visible presence within the College.
