Job Description

DPD Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations management. You will work closely with self-employed Owner Drivers and employed drivers, keeping them engaged, well managed and motivated to deliver outstanding service.

As a Shift Manager, you will drive targets, manage routes and ensure safe loading, while maintaining strong driver communications and adequate resources for ad-hoc collections.
