CCDO Demolition Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CCDO Demolition Site Manager to oversee demolition projects across Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a competent manager with a strong safety focus and proven delivery record within the demolition sector with a negotiable day rate.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site demolition operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme

Supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, company procedures and project specifications

Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings

Liaise with clients, contract managers and site personnel to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates
Requirements
-
Valid CCDO Manager Card (essential)

Demonstrable experience managing demolition projects

Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and RAMS

Asbestos Awareness (UKATA) certification (preferred)

First Aid at Work (preferred)

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
