Role: Delivery Lead (6 Month FTC)

Salary: £39,000 – £42,000 per annum
Status / Location: Hybrid working Glasgow

We’re looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused Delivery Lead to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, keeping multiple workstreams moving and working with stakeholders across the business to turn plans into action. Whether your background is in change delivery, product, business improvement, operational remediation, incident management or transformation, you’ll be someone who thrives on making things happen.

We’re looking for an individual who can think creatively, challenge the status quo and find practical solutions to business challenges whilst maintaining a clear focus on delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the Operational Risk & Incident Manager and stakeholders across the business, you’ll be responsible for driving delivery activity from concept through to implementation.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple business-critical workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Develop clear delivery plans, milestones and actions to ensure successful execution.
  • Organise and coordinate people, resources and activity to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Manage delivery backlogs and maintain visibility of progress across initiatives.
  • Facilitate structured, sprint-style delivery activity to keep momentum and accountability high.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, escalating where appropriate and driving resolution.
  • Help translate complex business problems into practical, achievable actions.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Operations, Customer Services, IT and business support functions.
  • Support remediation, business improvement and operational change initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery activity is aligned with customer outcomes, governance requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Provide clear reporting, updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and pragmatic problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

While financial services experience would be an advantage we are more interested in how you’ve delivered results, influenced stakeholders and kept projects moving.

You’ll Likely Have Experience In

  • Business change, transformation or operational delivery.
  • Product delivery or agile working environments.
  • Business improvement, remediation or incident management programmes.
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving actions through to completion and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Working within large, complex organisations.

  • Experience supporting business remediation or customer outcome initiatives.
