Defence Estates Small Works Manager

Job Description

QinetiQ Limited in Rosneath is seeking a Small Works Manager to lead and manage small maintenance, reactive and minor works across the LTPA and QE Estate, ensuring high service delivery. The role is 37 hours per week with travel to other sites and candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

Essential qualifications include a HNC/HND in Building or Construction and a full driving licence, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
