Data & Recon Team Lead: Lead Analytics & Strategy

Job Description

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Data & Recon Team Lead to oversee intelligence gathering, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will lead a 5-10 person team, drive cross functional collaboration, and manage budgets while ensuring timely delivery and data quality.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of data modelling and SDLC processes. A finance or accounting background with SQL experience is preferred.
