Data Engineering Lead – Cloud Data Platform (Databricks/AWS)

Job Description

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking a Data Engineer Lead to contribute to a multi-year transformation building a cloud-based data platform using Databricks, PySpark, and AWS.

You will design, develop and test scalable data pipelines, data warehouses and lakes, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and secure, while supporting performance and efficiency.

Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models and drive architectural best practices across the PBWM Data Platform.
