Dairy Area Technician: Reliability & CI Coach

Job Description

Arla Lockerbie is seeking an Area Technician to join the Dairy Milk Reception, Process and Production department. You will act as the technical expert in your Line-Centred Organisation area, driving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime and supporting high levels of operational performance.

Working with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality, you will combine hands-on technical work with data analysis, coaching and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable improvements
