PRIMAL STRENGTH, a growing Scottish fitness brand, is hiring a Customer Support Agent to be the first line of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, troubleshoot product issues and process orders, returns and warranty requests with care and accuracy.

Based across Buchanan Street HQ and our Paisley office in Glasgow, the role offers four days in the office and one day remote after training, with standard 9:00-17:30 hours.
