Customer Success & Projects Coordinator

Job Description

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow to support and manage customer service, with emphasis on effective query resolution, information distribution and stakeholder liaison. You will balance customer needs with project objectives and assist management of subcontractors while maintaining high service levels.

You will prepare reports, support risk reviews, monitor KPIs, and help develop sales schedules to keep projects on track and within budget.
