Job Description

BP Colinsburgh is a reputable petrol service station, we take pride in being at the heart of the local community and providing a valuable service to our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you can expect to be part of a hard-working and highly energised team, you’ll help us maintain the standards of our busy petrol forecourt, convenience store and Laundry .

Duties

  • Serving retail customers by greeting them; making sure they are able to find all the products they seek; ensuring customer needs are fulfilled
  • Epos till operation; entering prices, scanning prices of marked products, cash handling
  • Resolves pricing issues by requesting price checks; verifying questionable prices; substantiating discounted items and special promotions
  • Ensuring the shop and forecourt is fully stocked, merchandised and presentable at all times
  • Stock Management; stock counts and product rotation to maintain product quality, reduce waste and promote product freshness
  • Stock Deliveries; working stock deliveries in a fast, efficient and tidy manner
  • Maintains safe, secure, and clean work environment by following and enforcing food handling standards; adhering to check-out procedures; complying with sanitation and legal regulations
