Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily non-customer-facing and involves supporting internal teams, managing quotes, and ensuring smooth project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer project delivery for low-risk, small-to-medium scope projects
  • Handle straightforward legal and commercial tasks related to project activities
  • Read, analyse, and manage data from emails and spreadsheets
  • Act as an intermediary between Sales and Remarketing Managers to create and manage quotes using Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Take ownership of quote management, ensuring clear communication between Sales, Remarketing, and the factory (TRC)
  • Understand and follow business workflows, compliance metrics, and internal policies
  • Maintain knowledge of country-specific regulations, including import/export laws and global trade requirements (training provided)
  • Manage the handover process from quote to order using email and Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Support general administrative and compliance related tasks as required
  • Assist in managing client delivery relationships at a junior to mid level
  • Occasionally represent the organisation in communications with external stakeholders
  • Support project team coordination, including managing internal and external resources (teams under 7 people)
  • Encourage skill development within the team and provide constructive performance feedback

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and interpret data across multiple systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Understanding of basic project management methodologies (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Dynamics D365 (or similar systems)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
