Customer Service Supervisor – Fast-Paced Retail Leader (20h)

Job Description

B&M Retail Limited in Barrhead is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor on a permanent, part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, and help ensure the team delivers excellent service for customers across a fast-paced store that trades seven days a week.

Ideal candidates are experienced in supervising a small team, have strong numeracy and problem solving skills, and show a flexible, can-do attitude.
