Customer Operations Manager



We are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to take on a dynamic and exciting role based in Edinburgh.

My client, a family founded organisation in the bathroom sector has a brand-new opportunity for a Customer Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Acting as the backbone of operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, this role is filled with diverse tasks from liaising with customers and suppliers to hitting the road delivering crucial materials to job sites.

Key duties include:

  • Handling customer enquiries within the showroom
  • Scheduling sales appointments and installations
  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock
  • Managing stock within branch
  • Delivering materials to site
  • Ad hoc labour support to site-based installers when required

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety in their work and can ensure a broad range of tasks are completed to effectively deliver bathroom projects to customers. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to interact with customers, suppliers, contractors and team members. You will have a sharp eye for detail ensuring accuracy and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday and a full UK driving licence is required. My client is offering a competitive salary of £30k-£35k depending on experience plus a company van.
