Orange Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Operator for our Livingston client. The role sits in the Operations team, offering a permanent, Monday to Friday position with a salary of £28,000 per year.

You will manage day-to-day delivery for one or two key customer accounts, coordinating planned maintenance visits, liaising with engineers and subcontractors, and providing regular updates while ensuring SLAs are met.
