Customer Insights & Propositions Analyst

Job Description

Royal London is recruiting a Proposition Analyst to shape products, services and experiences for customers. Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Alderley Park with hybrid working (50% home/office), you will help drive customer-centric propositions by turning insights into action.

You will support the Voice of Customer programme and collaborate across functions to improve journeys and outcomes, guiding governance and best practice in journey management.
