Job Description

Diligenta in Stirling is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle calls from customers about life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans. You’ll support people planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal details, or dealing with bereavements.

Comprehensive training will be provided, so financial services experience isn’t essential. Many colleagues come from customer-facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality or travel.
