Customer Experience Host – Shopping Centre

Job Description

ABM is seeking a Customer Service Officer at The Forge to deliver a welcoming, high-quality service to visitors, retailers and stakeholders within the shopping centre.

You will be the main point of contact for enquiries, provide information about stores and events, support centre promotions and help ensure visitors have a positive experience. The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a proactive service mindset.
