Job Title: Customer Delivery Driver

Location: Linwood

Employment Type: Full-time – Permanent

Shift Pattern: Work Shift: Days, Hours per Week: 36

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Retail)

Overview

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering products to customers’ front doors and supporting the store team. You will also maintain the van, assist with picking and packing online orders, and help ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products on time to customers’ front doors with a smile.
  • Load and unload van safely and efficiently.
  • Keep van clean and ready for the next delivery.
  • Assist the store team with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
  • Support colleagues and help maintain a positive delivery environment.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months of driving and no more than six penalty points.
  • Friendly and helpful customer service approach.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Good communication skills and a team mindset.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
