Customer Care Specialist: Hospitality & Flexible Shifts

Job Description

McDonald’s in the United Kingdom is seeking Customer Care team members to be the face of our restaurant, delivering welcoming hospitality, clean spaces and helpful service. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to an inclusive environment; shifts across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings, may be required.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
