Responsibilities
- Be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings.
- Act as the face of the restaurant, dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events and look after customers’ specific needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast moving, high energy environment, maintaining a genuine smile and connecting with customers to make them feel valued.
- Work well as part of a team, demonstrating friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face to face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
