Job Description

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area. You will help with children’s events, balloons and special occasions, and keep customer areas tidy.

In a fast-moving, high-energy environment, you’ll maintain a positive, friendly attitude, communicate clearly with customers, and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and any issues that arise.
