Chop Grill & Bar in Aberdeen is seeking a Culinary Supervisor/CDP to lead kitchen operations, uphold quality, and mentor the team. You will be responsible for ensuring menu items are produced efficiently and to specification, while encouraging a culture of excellence across service.

The role requires you to actively lead shifts in support of senior leadership, manage budgets, and foster high team morale through engaging contests and hands-on coaching.
