CRM & Data Analyst – Salesforce & Dashboards Lead

Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is looking for a CRM and Data Analyst. This role will support the Business and Enterprise Directorate by managing data and optimizing CRM systems. The successful candidate will work closely with teams to enhance data processes and ensure user-friendly systems.

Applicants should have a relevant degree, strong experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and excellent communication skills. The contract is fixed-term for 14 months with a salary range of £37,694 to £47,389 per annum.
