Job Description

Change Grow Live is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator for its Manchester service. You will work with probation, police, courts, and community partners to deliver interventions, conduct assessments, and support recovery planning for service users within the justice system.

You will contribute to care planning, information governance, and record-keeping while maintaining MOJ vetting and working collaboratively with a wide range of professionals.
