Are you a confident and experienced Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role with opportunity to go permanent.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets.
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
- Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers.
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts.
- Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings.
- Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker.
- Follow up on missed or short payments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in finance systems
- Competency with Microsoft Excel
