DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central in Glasgow is seeking a Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and contribute to menu planning and high standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate has culinary qualifications, strong leadership, creativity, and a solid understanding of food costing, hygiene, and kitchen operations. Weekend shifts are included as part of a busy, service-driven environment.
