Job Title: CPCS Roller Operator
Location: Orkney
Start Date: Monday 14th September
Duration: 4 weeks minimum
Working Hours: 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, weekends
Pay Rate: £19.19 per hour PAYE
Overtime & Additional Benefits
- Time & 1/3 after 10 hours Monday-Friday
- Time & 1/2 at weekends
- Holiday pay
- Subsistence payment per night
- Accommodation provided
- Travel to and from Orkney provided

Overview
Corrie Recruitment are looking for an experienced CPCS Roller Operator for a project in Orkney, starting Monday 14th September. The position is initially for 4 weeks, with the potential for the work to continue beyond this period.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a roller safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out compaction works to the required standards
- Completing daily plant checks and reporting any issues
- Working alongside the wider site team to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- CPCS Roller certification – essential
- Previous experience operating a roller on construction/civils projects
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work the required hours and stay away from home
