Courier Onboarding Coach – Delivery Team Trainer

Job Description

Evri Group in the UK is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer in Dundee to help new self-employed couriers settle in from Day 1. You’ll lead onboarding, show how to use the courier app, and coach new starters to prepare for their first deliveries.

The role is fixed-term, full-time, based at the Dundee Delivery Unit with immediate starts through to January 2027. You should be confident with smartphones, customer service, and working in a fast-moving logistics environment.
