Job Description

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join an established packaging business based in Glenrothes.

Our client operates a busy warehouse facility, offering consistent Monday to Friday day shift work in a varied role combining forklift operation with hands-on warehouse duties.

What’s on offer?

  • Ongoing temporary position
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Paid weekly at £13.45 per hour

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties will include:

  • Safely operating a forklift within a busy warehouse environment
  • Scanning packages and processing stock on the warehouse floor
  • Stacking and organising large quantities of stock
  • Moving goods between storage and loading areas for transport
  • Loading and unloading deliveries

To be considered as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will need:

  • A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
  • Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to train up to having a Bendi FLT license
  • A responsible, safety-focused approach to work
