Corporate Solicitor (6+ years’)
A leading Corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years’ PQE to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. You will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations
– Handling partnerships, LLPs, and corporate governance issues
– Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams
– Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in corporate law
– Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
– Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
– Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
