Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established firm that specialises in commercial lending work. If you’ve recently qualified or have up to around 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing and are thinking about your next step, this is a great chance to move into a more specialist area and build something a bit more niche. It’s the kind of environment where you can settle in, develop your skills, and not feel like you need to move on after a year. Initially, the role will be office-based to help you get up to speed, but there is flexibility to work from home two days a week once you’re settled.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady caseload of lender refinance work, with a strong focus on examining and reporting on title.
• Work closely with lender clients, including some of the bigger names in the market, to provide high-quality conveyancing support.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine processes in specialist lender conveyancing.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified or up to around 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing.

Notes

Office initially, with potential for remote work two days per week after settling in.
