Job Description

Natural Power is seeking a Control Point Technician/Shift Team Leader to coordinate 24/7 rotating shifts and oversee daily operations at the Saint John’s Town of Dalry and Dumfries offices. The role combines day-to-day control point duties with people leadership to maintain high standards of performance.

You will oversee CPT/OC activities, monitor performance, and generate reports while ensuring safety, grid code compliance, and effective handovers within a growing renewable portfolio.
