McLaughlin & Harvey is recruiting a Contractual Advisor to provide contract guidance to our construction teams on high-value UK projects, delivering timely advice to keep work moving smoothly.

The role involves reviewing and negotiating main contract amendments, advising on subcontract terms, and delivering training on standard forms. 1-4 years’ experience, a law or construction-related degree, and NEC/JCT knowledge are preferred. Hybrid working options are available.
