Intact Insurance is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives within Operational Excellence. You will drive process redesign, measure impact on service, efficiency and productivity, and embed changes in day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach stakeholders, and push Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable performance gains across assigned business areas. Hybrid role with flexible hours.
