About the post
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our forward-looking and innovative clinical team.
The Department of Ophthalmology based at Ninewells Hospital is well established within the region and organisation. As well as delivering Ophthalmology services within a university and teaching hospital environment, a wide range of sub specialty interests have been developed to national and international acclaim. The successful applicant will benefit from working in a stunning brand new paediatric theatre complex. Current and ongoing service review and redesign offers excellent opportunities for a dynamic individual to develop professionally with the existing supportive and successful team of Consultants.
This post is available on a full time basis however, part-time applicants will be equally considered.
Qualifications and requirements
You must be registered with the General Medical Council and hold a Licence to Practice. Applicants must be on the Specialist Register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of CCT or CESR (CP) at the date of interview for the post. Anticipated interview date is 29th Oct 2025.
