A renowned independent, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Edinburgh is looking to add a dynamic and client-focused Construction Project Manager to their thriving team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will become part of a vibrant team of 24 professionals, including 11 experienced Project Managers, alongside Building Surveyors and CDM experts.

You’ll be exposed to a variety of projects ranging from 10k to 10m across the Commercial, Retail, Office, Industrial, and Hotel sectors. With a strong client base and a secured pipeline of projects for the coming years, the consultancy is now looking to strengthen its Project Management team with ambitious professionals.

This consultancy is focused on growth, with plans to expand the team to 40 professionals over the next few years. The incoming Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in achieving these goals, offering fantastic opportunities for rapid career progression to a Senior role. You’ll work in a supportive, social, and flexible environment, with the option to work from home two days a week.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
  • Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB – or committed to achieving
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
