Construction Health & Safety Leader – Operational Specialist

Job Description

Scottish Water is seeking a Construction & Contracting Health & Safety Advisor to join the Construction & Enablement Team. The role is predominantly on site with hybrid flexibility, covering North of Scotland and occasional travel to other regions and the Central Belt.

You will drive continuous safety improvement, lead investigations, deliver engaging training, and influence behaviours across a wide geographic area while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
