Job Description

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals and daily activities, helping each person live with dignity and purpose.
